Change bulk customer fulfillment center

Introduction

This action will change the customer fulfilment centre in bulk, The user with an admin role and back office role can change the customer location. To reassign each account ID to the specified fulfilment centre, simply upload CSV files containing account IDs and fulfilment centres.

How to get to the bulk location change?

To perform this action, simply navigate to the Accounts module, select Bulk Upload, and then choose Location Change from the list.

• Upload CSV following the correct format with columns account ID, new fulfilment centre

Open

• Confirm submission (there will be more rows in the confirmation view as this shows affected contract IDs and usually multiple contracts per account)

• process completed
