Across all OpCos, purchased products should either be created or uploaded manually. For OpCos integrated with SAP, the team will create the products based on the submitted file. In contrast, non-integrated SAP OpCos must manually upload the products themselves.
SAP Product Creation
This method for product creation is used exclusively by OpCos with SAP integration.
Step 1: For OpCos integrated with SAP, users must go through Jira and select SAP Byd to initiate the product creation request process.
Step 2: From the list, select SAP Product Creation. A form will appear with fields to fill out, along with a file attachment option to provide all the necessary information for the new products. The user should download the file, complete it with the required information, and attach it to the ticket when submitting the product creation request.

This method for product creation is used exclusively by OpCos with no SAP integration.
Manual upload of products
Uploading products in Pulse 2.0 is done as follows and is to be performed by an admin role.
Step 1: Get a recent template to upload products organize it with all the details necessary and upload the file as follows:
Step 2: Search for the product you uploaded: “Handle Bulb“ and click on the Update form to search
Step 3: Review by editing the uploaded product:
Make the product to be available (to start being used) or change the product details
