Device Generate Token

If a customer has paid the full amount for a product requiring a token to operate, they will need a token that provides permanent functionality. Users with an Admin role and relevant DCM permissions can generate offline tokens independently, without requiring support for the process.

Instructions for generating a token:

The account requiring an offline token should have a known serial number.

First step: Click on 9 dots and then Product Module

Second step: Click a hand-shaped button (First Picture), and it will reveal the next step (Second Picture). A serial number is required and then click on submit.

The entered serial number is for the account that needs an offline token.

Upon clicking "submit," the token will be generated.
