Bulk Bonuses refer to the process of granting a bonus to a significant number of accounts Instead of granting bonuses one by one.
Only the Admin role can create Bulk bonuses
This document explains how to grant bonuses to a list of accounts/customers
Process of creating Bulk bonuses
Go to nine dots > Bonus configuration.
Click on Create Bulk bonuses.
Select Bonus type
we have 2 types of Bonus:
On-time only bonus: This is a bonus that generates on time and does not reduce the balance.
Cash discount bonus: This is a bonus that acts as a payment, however, reduces outstanding balance, and generates on time.
Click on file to upload the bonus
The file to be uploaded should be CSV/xls with the following
a. Account number
b.Bonus Reward
c. Comment
There is no limit or number of accounts that can be uploaded but obviously, it will take time to process them.
