Pending Replacement Action

Introduction

The documentation aims to introduce a pending replacement action to track the list of customers awaiting replacements in case the shop runs out of products.

The following roles can record a replacement action:

  • Admin

  • Field Management

  • Back office Management

Description

A previous documentation highlights the steps to record a replacement. The documentation will outline the new feature allowing recording of pending replacement actions. You can now specify that a replacement product is unavailable, and it will be recorded as a pending action.

The following screenshots show this in more detail:

After clicking the 'Record replacement' button, the following updated information is displayed:

You can now select a product’s availability between Yes or No

 

You can now choose the product’s availability status on the new interface. The replacement is recorded as usual if the product is available and 'Yes' is selected. If it is not available and 'No' is selected, you will see the following interface:

If you select ‘No', choose the replacement product, record the user performing this action, and then click ‘Pending replacement’.

 

After completing the above steps, you will now see the new pending replacement action, as shown in the screenshot below:
