Introduction

This section, found in the customer details, displays all SMS messages sent to the customer, provides a way for a Pulse user to compose and send an SMS to the customer, and includes comments made by a Pulse user after discussing an issue with the customer for future reference and assistance.

Communications

The communication section shows all messages sent to the customer and their status whether delivered, queued, or failed. To view the full SMS history, the Pulse user should click on "View SMS History."

Send SMS

This section enables the Pulse user to compose and send an SMS to the customer. When the Pulse user clicks on the "Send SMS" icon, a dialog box appears for entering the text.

Comments

This section includes comments made by a Pulse user after discussing an issue with the customer for future reference and assistance. The Pulse user clicks on "Post a Comment," and a dialog box appears, allowing them to select the type of issue the customer has and enter text based on their discussion with the customer.
