IMEI/SN Details on Customer Account Page

Introduction

The customer account page provides various details such as the number of contracts, their status, customer performance, and more. Now, with the serial number displayed on the customer account, Pulse users can easily access all related information by clicking on the serial number listed on the customer account page.

Steps to check this information in Pulse:

Step 1: Click on the 9 squared dot, choose customer and then search with customer name, phone number or account ID.

Step 2: All the customer search information will be displayed. From there, locate the contract that contains the serial number linked to the account. Click on the contract, and a display box will show all the serial number details. For additional information, click on "Devices" to be redirected to the devices module.
