Pulse users with the appropriate role can now view the AI-generated customer summary on the account page.
The customer summary is accessible to users with the "Customer Summary Role."
Steps to check this information in Pulse:
Step 1: Click on the 9 squared dot, choose customer and then search with customer name, phone number or account ID.
Step 2: All the customer search information will be displayed with the AI-generated customer summary on the account page.
