CLV swap process

Pulse simplified CLV swap process at shop and customer level

  • Customer/Technician arrives at the shop/customer’s premise with a CLV product.

  • The technician verifies the issue and determines that a swap is necessary.

  • Technician work with shop manager for the swap process and customer data correction

  • Then, technician sends the defected CLV with him/her to the shop then shop will also transfer it to RC for the refurbishment process

Replacement record and steps in Pulse

STEP1: open pulse and recird the customer ID

STEP2: Open customer contract/customer details

STEP3: Navigate to CLV client account

STEP4: Record replacement

STEP5: Selecting product (Choose cyliner locking valve)

STEP 6: Select CLV to CLV

STEP 7: Enter new CLV Serial number (the new one you are going to assign to customer)

STEP8: Enter/Choose the date

STEP9: Record (Choose/enter) technician name

STEP10: Confirm the action
