Activating Packages for NGUs

This action can be performed by the following roles:

  • Supply Chain team

In certain NGUs, they have Packages that are being used occasionally

In order to use them they have to activate them and after signing up ( registering) the customer, they deactivate them.

They are activated by Call Center Manager or Call Center Supervisor as follow:

For Energy Service fee you need to add :

To be used on: sign-up

Tick the 1st box of:

  • Default sign-up

And leave the second one of One Required on Sign-up

For the rest of packages

To be used on: sign-up

Tick the 2 boxes of:

  • Default sign-up
  • Required on Sign-up

The packages will then be available and seen in ERP and Sales agent APP.


In Order to Deactivate After registering the Customer, The Call Center Manager or Call Center Supervisor will remove the tick on the boxes and remove the sign-up on To be used on.

The Products will no longer be visible for call operators in ERP or Sales agents in the App.
