How to check Payment Transactions

This action can be performed by these following roles:

  • Financing team


If a customer send a payment and you need to check if that Payment has reached  ERP.

A Call Center Manager or Call Center Supervisor will verify through 

  •  Mobile Money > Payment transactions

You will be able to see all the unlinked payment (Payments which are not linked to any customer) or unprocessed Payment

(Payment which are attached to customers but are not processed) as a default but if you want to view all payments you click on the ( X ) Sign,

next to unlinked payment.


  • All Payments linked and unlinked will appear on the list below


To search for a customer's Payment you can use:

  • transaction number 
  • sender Phone
  • Customer ID
  • Customer Phone 1 or 2
  • Customer Name 



The Payment of the customer will appear if it is existing and has reached in ERP and will not appear if it has not reached.


 


If the Payment is not visible in ERP, you will go ahead and check with the customer and also with the Provider and they confirm.
