How to Deactivate Bonus/bundles
To disable bonus/Bundles:​ Ensure customers have received communication that the  bonus will no longer be available​
- CRM > Bundles
- Select the Bonus/Bundle to be deactivatedÂ
Configuration of Bonus and Bundles are made byÂ
- Call Center Supervisor
- Customer Service Manager
Click on:
- Deactivate Bundle
The Bonus/Bundle will be automatically deactivated.
