Resetting an application is the last resort and should only be done if the customer was setup set up incorrectly. Always use the other Fix Installation option if possible.
To void the default product that needs changes.
Go to CRM> Application
- Click Product Action and the serial below the installations
- CRM Module > Click Applications and Search for the Customer ID
- Click Product Action and the serial bellow the installations
- Open: Installations will pop up and you can click Fix Installation (PayG)
Note : If there is the latest installed the upgraded product, you will need to void it first before voiding the main product.
How to Void upgraded product - Click on Product Action tab > Click on the latest Installation line that contained the upgradeable product > “Fix installation” button > Select “Product” then delete the listed products.
If there is no upgraded product to void, please continue as follows;
- Click on the Installation line that contained the default product
- Click the Fix Installation button
- In the dropdown menu, Click installation never happened > Confirm.After
- A successful message will show once successfully void the default product.
- 208px7208pxAfter doing these steps, the installation lines are now “Voided” and will appear Red and the status of the customer will should be in the Book Installation State.

Only Customer that is in Book Installation status can be Reset.
- To Reset Application an application:
- CRM Module > Click Application Sign-Up
