Resetting an application is the last resort and should only be done if the customer was setup incorrectly. Always use the other Fix Installation option if possible.
- CRM Module > Click Applications and Search for the Customer ID
- Click Product Action and the serial bellow the installations
- Open: Installations will pop up and you can click Fix Installation (PayG)
- In the dropdown menu, Click installation never happened > Confirm.
- After doing these steps, the customer will be in the Book Installation State.
Only Customer that is in Book Installation status can be Reset.
- To Reset Application an application:
- CRM Module > Click Application Sign-Up
