Resetting an application is the last resort and should only be done if the customer was setup incorrectly. Always use the other Fix Installation option if possible.


  • CRM Module > Click Applications and Search for the Customer ID

  • Click Product Action and the serial bellow the installations


  • Open: Installations will pop up and you can click Fix Installation (PayG)

  • In the dropdown menu, Click installation never happened  > Confirm.
  • After doing these steps, the customer will be in the Book Installation State.

Only Customer that is in Book Installation status can be Reset.

  • To Reset Application an application:
  • CRM Module > Click Application Sign-Up
