We record repossession when a customer is defaulted, the system triggers the repossession action automatically and record records the pending action.
Step1: To navigate pending record repossession
On the customer page, click the Go to account details in the transaction under Accounts.

Update the returned product quantity:
Update the repossessed/returned qty. If the number is less than to the given qty, the difference will be marked as lost.

Using Actions to Sort Pending Repossession
Alternatively, you can record or confirm the repossession by going to using the 9 dots menu>Choose Actions>Filter with Action type “Pending Repossession“:

Then choose the customer need to record the repossession

If you want to see all pending repossessions for a specific fulfillment center, simply choose "fulfillment center" in the select criteria.
