The purpose of CRM configuration is to modify the days at assign stock and days at installation and the SMS sent to the customers depending on the preferred language
This can be done by Cscc Manager & Pulse support
. Go to CRM> Choose CRM configuration>Choose BBoxx flexx
. You can configure
Assign stock days
DP days at the installation stage
You Can edit SMS templates and put them in the preferred language
NB: all these configurations will be raised by NGUs through tickets depending on their business Operations
for example, Rwanda is having 30 days as DP while Kenya has 15 days,
Finally, you can edit an SMS by clicking the below buttons and you will be able to edit and choose the preferred language
