More icon shows settings where a sales agent can change password, change language, and log out.
For changing password
The steps to reset (Change) the password are as follows:
Enter a new password: The new password should contain at least
3 of these: Upper case letter, Lower case letter, symbol or number
10 characters
Re-enter new password: The newly chosen password should be re-entered for confirmation.
Enter Old password: the old password that the agent is changing should also be entered.
Reset: By clicking on this password will be changed.
For changing language
A sales agent can be able to choose any language s/he preferred
Logout
By clicking on log out, a dialogue box is displayed asking if you’re sure of logging out.
