More icon shows settings where a sales agent can change password, change language, and log out.

1. For changing password

Click here to change your password

• The steps to reset (Change) the password are as follows:

• Enter a new password: The new password should contain at least

  • 3 of these: Upper case letter, Lower case letter, symbol or number

  • 10 characters

• Re-enter new password: The newly chosen password should be re-entered for confirmation.

• Enter Old password: the old password that the agent is changing should also be entered.

• Reset: By clicking on this password will be changed.

2. For changing language

• A sales agent can be able to choose any language s/he preferred

3. Logout

By clicking on log out, a dialogue box is displayed asking if you’re sure of logging out.
