This action can only be performed by these following roles:

  • Call Center Supervisor
  • Customer Service Manager 
  • Other users with access from different BBOXX HQ(London and Kigali)
  • Just to keep in mind that all ERP pages show 80 lines by default, and this is applied to not only CRM but also on all ERP modules and sub-modules.

  • The user can always expend the number of visible columns from 1-80 to unlimited or to a specified number on the drop-down list:


  • Else the user can press the fresh arrow to go to the next page and back to the previous page: 



If the user wants to export those data, will need to go on and press CSV or PDF :
