Who is a completed/opt-out customer?

  1. Currently, Bboxx has two types of completed customers​

    1. Opt-out customers: These are customers who were on 10 years of ESF and have completed paying for 3 or 3+1 years of ESF as well as their upgrades and decided to opt-out of ESF​

    2. Completed legacy customers: These are old non-ESF Bboxx customers who were on 3 years pay plan and have completed paying for their packages​
