The Sales Agent mobile application is a tool created for Sales Agents to help them perform their day-to-day tasks in a more efficient way. These tasks include:

  • signing up new customers
  • selling upgrades to existing new customers
  • ability to call customers to convince them to pay:
    • Down payments
    • When they are switched off

Sale Agents will be able to see:

  • enough information to manage their own customer network.
  • their performance and rankings in different categories (Sales, ARPU, Portfolio & Customer Education).
  • their commissions.

The agent can view the information in the app while offline as long as he logged in when he had an internet connection.
