The Sales Agent mobile application is a tool created for Sales Agents to help them perform their day-to-day tasks in a more efficient way. These tasks include:
- signing up new customers
- selling upgrades to existing new customers
- ability to call customers to convince them to pay:
- Down payments
- When they are switched off
Sale Agents will be able to see:
- enough information to manage their own customer network.
- their performance and rankings in different categories (Sales, ARPU, Portfolio & Customer Education).
- their commissions.
The agent can view the information in the app while offline as long as he logged in when he had an internet connection.
