This documentation will walk you through the process of Receiving and dispatching deliveries
Roles that can perform this action in Pulse 2.0:
Field management
Back office management
Call centre advanced
Admin
As an admin, back office, or call centre advanced user, can dispatch and receive on behalf of field staff at any location in any own NGU in case they can’t do it themselves for any reason.
You can only the actions below if the delivery status is In transit or Pending
If the status is “In transit”
The delivery destination must match the user shop, if not the button “record as received” will be grayed out and will not be able to perform any action.
after clicking “record as received” button, a panel will be prompted with all the details of the product.
after clicking “save” button, a message will be prompted saying,
You are about to record this delivery as received, are you sure you want to continue?
If clicked confirmed, and there’s no error message, the next prompt message should show.
The reception of the delivery has been recorded.Close\
If the status is “Pending”
The user shop must match the origin location, if not the button “mark as dispatched” will be grayed out and will not be able to perform any action.
after clicking “mark as dispatched” button, a message will be prompted saying,
You are about to mark this delivery as dispatched, are you sure you want to continue?
If there’s not enough stock, then the confirm message will not be shown.
If clicked confirmed, and there’s no error message, the next prompt message should show.
The delivery has been marked as dispatchedClose
If there’s not enough stock, then the next prompt message will show
there isn’t enough stock to complete the delivery
No moves will be triggered and the delivery status will remain in pending state.
