Overview 

In the CSCC Module this is probably where you will spend most of time preforming your day to day tasks. This module will help you with managing your workload of calls. Please see the below interface for the CSCC Module.

Types of users expected to use this module include: CSCC: Call Operators, CSCC: Supervisors and CSCC: Managers

The CSCC module is split into two sections.

The first section is Operations, where you could either be receiving Incoming Calls or be making Outgoing Calls which is related to a series of tasks as follow;

  1. Setting up new customers via leads
  2. Upgrading products for existing customers
  3. Chasing up on payment issues
  4. Recording repossessions where payments have not been made
  5. Recording installation
  6. Recording collection of purchasable products i.e. power bank, TV
  7. Dealing with Technical issues where products may require a swap

The second section is Reporting, which allows you to view your Call Log history with different filtering options.
