Shaver

Description

The shaver is an appliance for all BBOXX bPower systems. It is a handheld, portable and durable appliance and comes with four different guide combs, a cleaning brush, lubrication oil and a USB charge cable.

Use Case

The shaver was tested an initially rolled out in Rwanda. We found the following use case there:

• The shaver V2 is used both for shaving family members’ hair and for running a small business.
• Business customers typically charge 5 to 20 cents per shaved customer and shave 1-5 customers per day, but vary according to gender and age.
• On average customers use the shaver four days per week, but this ranges from customers shaving every day to once per week.
• More men than women use the shaver -it is not advised that children use the shaver.
• The shaver is mostly used in the homes of customers. Customers who own a hairdressing business use it in their shop or in the street, wherever they can find clients.
