The purpose of CRM configuration is to modify the days at assign stock and days at installation and to add and change Sms in the preferred language
This can be done by Cscc Manager & Pulse support
1.Days at assign stock & days at installation
2. add SMS templates and preferred language
1.Assign Stock days
This is how you can modify the days at assign stock & days at installation
. Go to CRM> Choose CRM config>Choose BBoxx flexx>change Days At Assign Stock &Days At Installation
2. add SMS and change it to the preferred language
.Click on SMS template>click Add an item
.choose the language>Type the SMS in the body text>click save&new
.Sms will be added then click save
