Customer not receiving SMS

Investigate the issue with the below steps:

  • In ERP>SMS>Outgoing, search the SMS status using the customer ID.
  • If the SMS is present, check both the state and Provider status.
  • If the status is sent, check in Africa talking.
  • If the state is error, Provider status UserInBlacklist.

  • Run an SMS and call test from your phone.
  • If the test result is successful, might be worth investigating an application and registered number in ERP.
  • If unsuccessful, follow up with the Provider or change the number.
