Monitoring completed customer who gets an upgrade​

  • Can extract completed customers who upgraded over a given period through Data warehouse. ​

  • PM can build a query in DWH which track customers moving from completed to installed status or any in-between status (this can be done with the aid of status change)​

 

There is a log under the customer account….>customer information…> actions logs: This helps to track different actions done on a customer to check on who to hold accountable​
