Customer Account Details
Introduction
Once a customer is installed and their account is properly settled, a technician can view all the necessary account details. This page provides detailed customer account information necessary for the technician to work efficiently.
The account details which are accessible to a technician:
A technician can view the customer's package details, including the daily rate, time to expiry, expiration date, and the minimum amount required to switch on if the customer is late or in default.
The contract details can be viewed, including the total remaining amount and its status.
The performance band is a calculation of the total amount paid versus the expected payment amount to accurately reflect the customer's payment habits.
The app allows the technician to check the payments made by the customer to date, helping to determine the remaining balance for the client.
The app displays the actions that have occurred on the customer’s account, indicating whether they are still pending or completed.
The communications section displays all SMS messages sent to the customer. For customers with Flexx 40 or products requiring tokens, sales agents can check the tokens shared with the customer through these messages.
