After being logged in successfully, the app screen displays this information.
All the fields that are being displayed are as follows:
Agent name: a logged-in sales agent name
Shop name: a sales agent has a shop s/he is supposed to work in
Leads: It shows all the written customers with orders on submitted status, that a sales agent signed up
Using the up and down arrows, a user can filter the list of leads based on the number of days they have been present, sorting them in either ascending or descending order.
Clicking on Leads displays a list of all customers with orders from logged-in sales agents. By this, a sales agent can choose any customer to view customer details and account details.
Late accounts: number of customers who missed the payment(s).
The app displays all the late customers with how many consecutive days the customer has been on late status, All these displayed customers are those who have been signed in by a logged-in sales agent.
New Accounts: number of customers that the agent signed up, who paid the initial required amount (down payment) in the current month.
New Contracts: numbers of existing customers with new contracts (upgrade) that are signed to the agent.
Search: With this icon, an agent can search for a customer according to different conditions, or use the global search to access information.
Home: This allows an agent to access the home page information.
More: This shows settings where a sales agent can change password, change language, and log out.
Create a new customer: to create a new customer, an agent needs to click on the plus a person icon with a sign on the home page.
Prospects: shows all created customers' accounts with no order(Transaction) in the name of the logged-in sales agent.
Clicking on prospects displays all the created accounts in logged-in sales agents. It shows the client’s name and primary phone number, Selecting one account directly displays customer details.
Defaulted Accounts: number of accounts that have been in default state consecutively for 30 days or more.
The app displays all the defaulted customers with how many consecutive days the customer has been on defaulted status, All these displayed customers are those who have been signed in by a logged-in sales agent.
With this new feature, a sales agent can navigate on both sides of a late and defaulted account with an arrow sign.
