Introduction
This documentation outlines the steps for sales agents to submit customer transactions for KYC and credit checks through the sales agent mobile app. The process involves recording customer details, including the required supporting documents such as mobile money statements, bank statements, etc. Once all the necessary information is submitted, the transaction is sent for review, awaiting approval or rejection by the call operator. This feature ensures that the customer’s information is thoroughly validated before proceeding with the next steps in the sales process.

Let’s look now at how the sales agent can submit customer transactions for KYC and credit checks with the help of steps. Each step is accompanied by a screenshot to guide you through the process:
After creating a new customer (including a customer portrait and national ID photos for both the front and back), the sales agent can either proceed immediately to create a transaction or leave the customer as a prospect and create the transaction later.
When the sales agent chooses to create a transaction, they select the product or package category and the billing method type. (Note: the approval step is only required for finance contracts and subscriptions.) The agent then fills in the necessary product details.
Next, the sales agent selects the fulfillment method, choosing between delivery and collection.
The agent will then upload the supporting documents, which can be in the form of images from the camera or gallery, or as PDFs. Additionally, the agent can add comments before proceeding.
The agent is then directed to the summary page, which contains the product details and the total payment information for the transaction.
Once everything is confirmed, the agent clicks the Submit button. A pop-up message will appear asking, “Ready to submit this lead for review?” The agent clicks Yes to submit the transaction.
After submission, the transaction status will show as "Awaiting Verification" in the Leads section while waiting for review by the call operator. If the transaction is approved, the status will change to "Submitted," completing the KYC and credit check process.
If the transaction is rejected, the status will update to "Rejected" with a reason for the rejection displayed below the status.
