The SMS Centre module is mainly used by the call centre managers and administrators. The SMS Centre is a platform to be able to send and receive mobile text messages via our different gateway providers. This communication tool allows us to keep our customers updated.

SMS Centre allows you to define message templates and target sets in order to communicate with customers. Please see the different types of reasons for sending SMS texts to our Bboxx customers:

• To remind customers of payment dates, running balances
• To welcome new customers after being set up
• To send campaign messages

SMS Centre is split into two sections.

The first section is Outgoing/Incoming SMS, where you view a report style overview of both Outgoing and Incoming SMS that go/come into the system.

The second section is Configuration which is related to the setup of the messages, which includes the following tabs:

• Providers
• Data Sources
• Template
• Schedule
• Campaign
• Incoming Messages- Tags and SMS Action
