Home Pulse Documentation

The Pulse Software has been created for the following users to help them with performing their day to day tasks:

  • Shop Managers
  • Retail Supervisors
  • Logistic Officers
  • Drivers
  • CSCC roles (Operator, Supervisor, & Manager)

A user will only be able to access information based on the location that they are placed in. For example if a user is the Shop Manager of Mbita shop they will only be able to view information based on that location- e.g. Mbita customers, stock for Mbita shop.

All actions that will appear on the user’s dashboard is specific to the location they are based in. Users cannot access or do actions for other locations they are not based in.

But anyone with an ERP login can also login to Pulse. If they are not assigned to a shop they will have the customer search page as a home page. Any valid user can do most actions and see most pages in Pulse.

If you want to move your staff to a different/new location, please send a request to the customer management portal.
