CRM: Registered Technical Issues
Technical issues can be accessed by the call center operators, shop managers or Retail Supervisors To view the registered Technical issues.
how: CRM→Application action record→ Technical issues.
Search the customer with the customer ID and you will be able to view the issue in detail.
from there, you can record a technical visit, cancel a Technician visit or open the pending technician visit.
in case you choose a Technician visit fill the correct data in the required fields
if you opted to cancel the technician visit confirm as is shown below
