Inventory Balance SAP

Inventory balance Shows the user the opening and ending balance of inventory at a location and logistics area. It also shows details of incoming and outgoing inventory over a defined period.

In addition, Since the report includes details of incoming and outgoing generated by the stock variances, the data for stock variances can help to get the stock loss report Per product, and per logistic area.

How to pull stock balance report:

Go to

1. -> Physical Inventory

2. -> Reports.

3. ->from the reports list select inventory Balance.

4. ->fill filter fields [called selection] (by the period that you need to check, e.g.: Current year, Precise product, Logistic area, etc. (if you need all the products to leave the product field empty)

5. -> Do Apply.

6. ->Enable full balance details.

7. ->Turn on the repeated text and apply again,

8. -> export in excel for further analysis.
