Production

This process is intended to be used to capture stock moves related to production or assembly in the warehouse. This consumes components in the preconfigured bill of material to produce a single finished product.

1. Go to Supply planning

2. Select “new planning proposal “

Open

1. Put the product to produce. you can input it by the name or the code

2. Select the planning area. This is the distribution center

3. Put the quantity to produce

1. Click to “release “

2. Then click on save and close

The next step is to view and execute the created request

1. Go to “Production control “

2. Select “production requests “

1. Search by “order creation not started “

2. Click on the request

Click on “create order full quantity “

1. Then go to production control WorkCentre

2. Production orders

1. Select the order

2. Click on edit to view the details

3. After viewing the details , you click on release

Go to production control

Select task control

1. Select all “ tasks “

2. You can search the task by the ID

3. The status will be “not started “

4. Click on Confirm
