Consumption for cost center

This process is meant to be used to issue goods that are internally consumed or given away whereby an invoice is not generated nor a delivery to a shop, DC, or any other external customer.

I: E: Gifts, prizes, etc.…

1. Go to “Internal logistics “work center

2. Select “consumption for cost center “

Open

1. Input the information in mandatory fields

   1. The site and storage location will show by default

   2. Input the cost center to which the consumption/expense will go

   3. Add a product to give away and quantity and click on Next

Open

1. The next screen provides details on the available stock in different locations for the inputted item

2. Click on “ Next “

1. The last screen is to review the details inputted

   1. By default, the system puts the locations that have quantities in it. you can amend it to put the correct origin location

2. Click on “Finish “to complete the action
