About Bandicam

Bandicam is a lightweight screen recorder software for Windows . It can record PC screens in high quality. Bandicam compresses the video when it is recording, therefore, the recorded file size is much smaller than other software.

 

Bandicam window Overview:

 

  1. You can change the Bandicam window size (50% to 250%) with the DPI scaling function.

  2. You can open the register window, output folder, online help page.

  3. You can minimize Bandicam to the taskbar or the system tray.

  4. You can select the recording modes (Screen Recording, Game Recording, Device Recording).

  5. You can check the mouse/microphone status, duration of the video, file size and the maximum recordable size.

  6. You can click the record/stop/pause button and image capture button.

  7. You can configure the Bandicam settings and use more advanced functions.

 

Download / Install Bandicam

  • First, go to 

https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/, and download the free version.

  • After downloading the file, run the "bdcamsetup.exe" file.

 

  • Choose a prepared language from the list then Click 'Next' to continue the setup.

 

  • If you accept the terms, click 'I Agree' then click 'Install' to continue .

  • When you see the 'Completing the Bandicam Setup window', click 'Finish' to complete your installation.

 

Start Bandicam

  • Click the 'Bandicam' icon on your desktop.

 

  • Choice ‘Screen Recording Mode’ then click ‘ Rec ‘ to start recording.

 

  • Click below function icon if you want to pause the screen recording to capture image while on screen recording

 

 

  • In Bandicam Screen Video, below buttons can be used for:

Play  – to review the  screen video

Edit – to edit the video as long as the Bandicut was downloaded.

Upload – to upload the video in Youtube or Vimeo directly.

Delete – to delete the uneccessary video to your video file.

 

 And for Bandcam captured image , below buttons can be used for:

Open – to view the image

Delete - to delete the uneccessary iamge to your image file

 All Videos and image will be saved on the path under video and image tab.

Click () icon and it will direct to the folder where the videos and image were saved.
