Solution

Have you tried resetting your password using pulse.bboxx.com

Click the Forgotten Password link and continue.

Next you will be prompted to enter your email address.

If you have a line manager setup in your profile this option will be available. Select and complete the manager's email.

Once this is filled in correctly an email with a temporary password will be sent to your line manager.
