The Agent App has ability to perform different tasks grouped into its main menu but also from its main home page. Those Module includes:

• Home page: Show agent basic information like name, work location, leads of the same month, DPs of the same month, installation of the same month and customers to follow with in terms of payment of DP, late and Defaults customer to pay the installment on time. But also with the most important part of APP leads Sign-UP.
• Leads Page: shows Active lead(customer which are waiting to pay the DP), Draft(customer registered with incomplete information) and archived(customer that will not buy)
• Customer’s page: This is the page with all customers regardless of any status. I contain a lot of information when you open any customer, upgrade info, customer personal info, customer payment history, customer Actions and customer product info.
• Commissions Page: Show much more details on agent commission from the five past month and the details of the current moth commission as a draft commission.
• Score card Page: this page contain the performance ranking based on three metrics: Sales, ARPU and Portfolio, it is show ranking bases on country demarcation, means on shop level, regional level and country revel. This diverges from a DESCO to another since demarcation in not the same in all countries..

Settings Page : This page have two main role on the APP: Changing the Password and change APP language(Since the APP is being used in different countries we set English as a default language but also with ability to change to other preferred language like Kinyarwanda, Swahili and French).

Login Page

Every login page need three:

1. Agent Code (eg: RW0001, KE0001, CD0001, TG0001)
2. Password: the password for the first login is generic from the system and shared by the country Agent admin to the retail supervisor.
3. Location: Currently the Agent APP is unable to work in 5 DESCOs (Rwanda, Kenya, Goma, Kinshasa and Togo).

Note: Login happened only when your device is connected to the internet either by data connection or Wi-Fi.
