• Bboxx self-service portal helps Line managers to create new users accounts.
• The standard order of Bboxx emails that can be created on the self-service portal is in order "first name initial.surname@bboxx.co.uk".
  • e.g: a user Fred Kanyesigye, an email will be created as f.kanyesigye@bboxx.co.uk

When a new user's first name initial and surname is exactly the same as for the existing user:

• A new user's middle name can be used if they have one.
• If no middle name, the Line manager will have to raise a ticket for support to create an email using the order of firstname.surname@bboxx.co.uk
