Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base can be accessed in Pulse 2.0. You can search for information on this portal by typing keywords into the search bar or by selecting the specific system you are concerned about. This will allow you to get assistance right away as you wait for the support team to respond to your concern.

This action can be performed by everyone who has access to Pulse 2.0

  • After logging in on Pulse 2.0 , click on the question mark button behind the user info button, then you will be able to access the new KB

 

  • The page of the new KB will be open in another tab,

    • Home - it will take you to the portal's contents and the most recent updates list is displayed.

    • Contact Support - After clicking this button, you will be taken to the support desk portal where you can open a ticket regarding your issue.

    • List of Systems - You will find old and new version documentation for each system, which will assist and guide you through understanding each module of the system. It may also help to resolve your concern.
