Editing Selected Customer Contracts

Introduction

During the Approval KYC & Credit Check process submitted by a sales agent, Admin, Call Centre Basic, and Call Centre Advanced roles can now edit the customer's selected package or product to assign the correct option that aligns with the customer's affordability.

Admins, Call Centre Basic, and Call Centre Advanced users can perform these edits.

Description

The following steps outline how the Admin, Call Centre Basic, and Call Centre Advanced can edit the customer's selected package or product assigned. A screenshot for guidance accompanies each step:

  • The operator can filter the contract status drop-down menu on the customers' landing page to show only the transactions marked "Awaiting verification." This helps the user quickly identify the transactions that need to be reviewed for approval.

  • The user can access the "Approval KYC & Credit Check" button:

  • After clicking the "Approval KYC & Credit Check" button, the operator will see a preview of the customer’s details and the attached supporting documents. The operator reviews this information to decide whether to approve or reject the transaction.

In this case, for the user to edit the selected packages or products assigned to the customer, the user must first verify all the details. If everything is correct, they approve and proceed to the next step. If rejected, they will not proceed further.

  • If the assigned package or products for the customer need to be changed, the user should click on the edit icon.

  • By clicking on the edit icon, the user will be directed to the packages and products list. The user should first review the basket and delete the existing products or packages assigned to the customer. After that, the user can select the preferred and affordable packages to assign to the customer and then click "Next."

  • The next step is to fill in all the required details (such as the address for fulfilment and sales agent information). Once completed, the user clicks on Submit to save all the changes made.
