Placing an order: RFQ Tool

RFQ Tool objective

The objective of the Request For Quotation (RFQ) tool is to generate a quote that automatically shows the product ratios (product mix) and quantities based on your desired order of packages. It is intended for non NGUs/Customers without SCaaS (Supply Chain as a Service).

Business Process:

NGU raised RFQ ticket through Support Portal > Account Manager reviews RFQ with NGU, then sends RFQ to Supply Chain > SC sends Proforma Invoice > Pending deposit payment > Deposit paid.

What is the objective of the sheet?

  • To generate a quote that automatically shows the product ratios (product mix) and unit quantities based on your desired order of packages.

  • The packages are also already configured based on the most popular packages. The sheet is formatted to align the correct appliances with the correct energy use case for a CU. For example, you cannot add a TV to a bP20 CU, because a bP20 cannot power a TV. Or, you cannot add a 20W panel to a bP50 13.2 Lithium unit, because that would be excessive.

How do I use this tool?

  • Please use the ‘Appliances’ tab if you want to order appliances separately.
