User Settings is located in upper right corner side after login as indicated on the below screenshot.
The user setting module has 4 main sub-modules :
- User information
- Location
- Roles and Permissions
- Change Password

It is very important and recommended to set your phone number and alternative email to enable your account on this portal.
The location will only be updated by your line Manager or IT support team and it will show exact NGU you are operating from.
This page can be used also to reset your own password
Change password steps:Â There are different steps to change the password with details on the screenshot below.Â
Notification after changing your password: You have to make sure all steps follow the system requirements.
- This helps the user to know the role assigned to his account and the permissions attached
- It will also help the IT support to grant access to users by clicking on Edit button
This page will help you to :
- Log In/Out from the system.
- Select your preferred language.
- Check the last login.
- Check system version.
This page will help Mangers/IT support team to do a quick search of any user from the database.
Use any of the 3 keywords for search engine: Email, Name or Username.
