In some cases, you may receive an outlook mailbox is full. In outlook desktop app there will be a choice to archive it and save your old emails to your local drive.

• Click File > Info > Tools > Clean up old items

• Click the Archive folder and all subfolders option, and choose the folder you want to archive
• you may choose the date that you want to archive under Archive Items older than, and enter date.

Note: If you're using online outlook, and you get a warning message regarding mailbox full or storage full, please send a request to support to have your account updated.
