CSCC: client, cannot be selected in the CSCC module.
This action can only be performed by these following roles:
- Call Center Supervisor
- Customer Service Manager
In the CSCC module, most of the time we use customer ID to search easily in the system, but in some cases, a possible client name was not listed or cannot be selected.
How to troubleshoot the issue:
- on CRM> Search for the customer ID
- On Personal Information Tab > check the Matched Customer if correct. (Note Matched customer it should be same on client name)
- If matched Customer is no details or wrong details Please correct it.
- Edit Information
- Matched Customer arrow down and select Search more
- Â
- Search for a customer IDÂ and select.
- Â
- The matched Customer will be updated now.
- Save the details once it is corrected.
