CSCC: Edit call scripts
This documentation can be used when there is a need to modify or edit a call script that might occur.
A Call Center Manager is the one in the call center who is allowed to modify a call script.
CSCC Module> Call Script > Script

Click on the text that should be edited
NB:Â
- Please DO NOT edit the text (meaning) of existing answers.
- You cannot delete answers instead set untick 'active' if you do not want the answers to appear in calls.
- You cannot edit the text or type of a question once it has been created
- You can untick the active box to remove this question from calls and create a new question if required
