CSCC: Call Log

This provides an overview of the call centers' call history. This includes all incoming and outgoing calls made to and from all call operators.



Customer - Shows Customer ID and Full name 

Call Type - Whether the call was Incoming or Outgoing

Started at - Details on the exact date and time at the start of the call

Ended at - Details on the exact date and time at the end of the call

Call status - The current status of the call

Follow Up On - A future date and time to deliver a follow-up call to the customer

Call Operator - Name of the Call Operator involved in the call



If you select one of the entries from the list you will be navigated to the page above which includes more detail on the call.

As you can see this page shows the reason for the outgoing call to the customer; in this case, it is regarding a technical issue.

Comment has also been left by the call operator providing key information about the issue.


How to check the Call Operators' call logs 

Cscc >Call logs >click on arrow on no 3 >Call Operator 

You will see the total number of calls done by each Call Operator on that day
