This is used to confirm the inventories from the shop.

This task is done by the following role;

  • Logistics officer

Usually the shop updates it’s inventories every week. They count and record their stock in all locations and update it in the system(pulse) which reflects here in ERP. 

From the above screenshot, when you open an inventory, it shows the location, the products, the expected quantity(the system calculates what you received the last time, plus what you had in stock the last time you recorded, minus what you sold), the Quantity you have physically, and then where to add notes.
