In general each user must have Human Resource record in ERP and email matching with their login.

Logistic Officer:

General Settings

In order user to access Pulse he needs to have following profile set

1. Must have API User ticked - which means that this user is allowed to login to Pulse
2. Must have ERP User ticked - which means that this user is allowed to login to ERP
3. Must have company set.
4. Email must match with Human resource record in ERP.

(Please note that these settings comes from ACTIVE DIRECTORY)

API Parameters

1. Must have organisation attached for Logistic Officer particular most likely it will be a country warehouse.
2. Must have a main role and for Logistic Officer particular most likely it will be LOGISTICS OFFICER

(Please note that these settings comes from ACTIVE DIRECTORY)

Access groups:

As Logistic Officer as a minimum user mush have Warehouse Manager, Stock Move Manager groups

(Please note that these settings comes from ACTIVE DIRECTORY but also can be changed in ERP)

Shop Manager:

General Settings

In order user to access Pulse he needs to have following profile set

1. Must have API User ticked - which means that this user is allowed to login to Pulse
2. Must have company set.
3. Email must match with Human resource record in ERP.

(Please note that these settings comes from ACTIVE DIRECTORY, also Shop managers do no have ERP User box ticked because they dont need to login to ERP)

API Parameters

1. Must have organisation attached for Shop Manager particular most likely it will be a shop.
2. Must have a main role and for Shop Manager particular most likely it will be SHOP MANAGER

Access groups:

As Shop Manager to have permissions to stock as a minimum user mush have Stock Move User, Stock Move Manager groups

(Please note that these settings comes from ACTIVE DIRECTORY but also can be changed in ERP)

Driver:

General Settings

In order user to access Pulse he needs to have following profile set

1. Must have API User ticked - which means that this user is allowed to login to Pulse
2. Must have company set.
3. Email must match with Human resource record in ERP.

(Please note that these settings comes from ACTIVE DIRECTORY, also Driver do no have ERP User box ticked because they dont need to login to ERP)

API Parameters

1. Organisatioon has be empty because in ACTIVE DIRECTORY Drivers do not belong to any specific organisation they belong the the country
2. Must have a main role and for Driver particular most likely it will be DRIVER

Access groups:

As Driver to have permissions to stock as a minimum user mush have Stock Move User groups.

Human Resource:

In order to set Driver location go to Stock move tool → Human Resource → Driver, under Personal Information section.
